Lyrics

One girl walks through the barren wilderness
Or more exactly, one person and one animal. The girl had a red leash in her right hand
Connected to a red collar
The dog with silvery black fur barked lightly
As if speaking to its owner, the girl "Rein"...

Tumbling within a luxurious abandoned mansion, he shivered in the cold rain
Glorious honor and power are all but possessions[things] of the past

Observation is a knife that gouges out the side of facts
In the end...what did that man gain..what did he lose...

Things that are taken are things to be taken, and thus the world revolves
What colored sky is seen beyond the unstopping rain?

A bargain that heats up as the stakes pile up
Is the hopeless servant of ego, failing to notice till everything's been lost...

Tumbling within an empty abandoned mansion, he trembled against the cold rain
A place to return to and ones who are waiting are but ruled territories[places] of the past

Conjecture is a knife that slices off the back of facts
In the end...what did that man see...what did he understand...

Ones that are taken are ones to be taken, and thus the era revolves
What colored sky exists beyond the unstopping rain?

Even if you wish to wrestle fate and make it obey you
That arm which reached out to grasp the future is much too short...

The moment that the girl's closed eyes open
The world will bear witness to the worst kind of lunatic dream it can fantasize...a cruel reaper[god]...

The World of Rein

"Death" seems to be...the decay of senses dependent upon the body
Which precedes that of the mind
Perhaps this is the exact reason that humans, despite their attempts to evade and escape,
Could bear the cold kiss of uninvited death...

A fantasy of the unbearable sense of fear transforming into continuous rain
That...is the pain of a mind breaking while alive
Two mirrors of eternity, clear like marbles
It was said that the sinners merely gaze at "the world" within the girl's eyes...

Seeing is believing, and no amount of hearsay can bear the conviction of one glance
Pity...contempt...misaimed sneers...a fire across shore, so to speak

Its heat is unknown till it burns, but too late by then
Just how many people in this world can live without committing any sins...

The World of Rein

The moment that the girl's closed eyes open
The world will bear witness to the worst kind of lunatic dream it can fantasize...a cruel reaper[god]...

The eyes shining in ice blue, planting their lips on the vividly rotting world
And a falling, lunatic dream...become a cruel reaper[god]...

Crowds of us sinners stretched across the ground
If your wish be granted...may you never be trapped by the world of Rein...
